March 16, 2020 Notice to Customers:

As your community bank we are here to serve you and in order to do so we have to take certain precautions. We have made a tough decision but feel we need to protect the well-being of our employees and customers. To provide continuous service through uncertain times, we have decided to close our lobby in order to reduce exposure. As of March 17, 2020 we will service customers by phone, email, and through the drive-thru only.

Customers have access to their financial info 24/7 through online and mobile channels. Appointments can be made for safe deposit box access. Don’t hesitate to call if you have questions or need help with your e-banking channels.

Please call the bank at 800-246-0989 during banking hours 9am – 5pm or email us at retail@fnbgermantown.com with deposit, debit card, online/mobile banking, or credit card questions.

Please contact loans@fnbgermantown.com for any loan related questions. As always you can call our Anywhere Bank phone at 1-800-971-3154 for account information as well.

Please be advised that this decision was not made lightly and was made with the best interest of our customers and employees in mind and heart.

We are monitoring the situation with the coronavirus pandemic.  The well-being of our customers and our employees is extremely important to us.  We are doing everything we can to make sure we are available for your banking needs.  Please use websites such as the https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html or https://www.who.int/ to stay current on the situation.

Please know that we have tools and products available so that you can bank from home, such as our online and mobile banking.  You can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and deposit checks at home or from your smartphone.  Our ATM is available 24/7 and we are able to handle most transactions at the drive-thru. We will continue to assist customers in the lobby at this time.

Please do what works best for you and keep you and your family safe.  Money is never clean in the best of times so please be mindful of its handling and practice good hand hygiene and proper respiratory etiquette to reduce exposure.

Stay safe and reduce your exposure as much as you can.
