Bill Pay

Schedule and send payments to billers and vendors. Make one-time payments or recurring payments. Send via paper check or electronic for faster processing.

P2P Transfers

Person-to-person transfers can be completed through Online Bill Pay. This allows for a simple transfer between two individuals without the need to swap sensitive account information. Transactions are typically completed in 1-3 business days. Similar to Venmo, CashApp, and Paypal.

Mobile App

Access your account information through your mobile device with ease. Mobile Deposits Through the mobile app, take a photo of your checks and deposit them directly into your account without having to go to the bank.

ATM & Debit Card

An ATM card is available with every savings account and a debit card is available with every checking account. Debit Cards can be used to access Checking and Savings, if both accounts are in the same name of the cardholder. (A $10 fee only applies if a card is lost or damaged. Free replacement for normal wear and tear or fraud on cards.)

Coin Counting

Bring in your spare change and we’ll count your loose coins for free.

Quickbooks

Export account transactions from Online Banking and import them into QuickBooks.

Premium Account Services

Add on services that require a worthwhile fee.

MainStreet Originator (ACH Origination)

Process incoming and outgoing ACH transactions.

Examples of this service include:
• Payroll – send payroll via ACH directly to their employees’ account
• Subscriptions – debit a customers’ account for a recurring payment subscription Requirements for Setup:
1. Application – The application will collect information such as frequency and volume of ACH originations.
2. Approval – A lender must complete the approval limit worksheet to determine the credit worthiness and potential ACH limit.
3. Agreement – The client must complete a Terms and Agreement sheet along with the proper addendums in order to establish the service.
4. Setup and Training – An FNBG bank representative will assist the client with setting up proper credentials through Teleweb (Online Banking) and supply both hands-on-training and training materials such as manuals.

Costs:
• $100.00 one-time setup (to cover approval and setup)

MainStreet Merchant (Remote Deposit)

Scan and deposit checks directly from your own office without going to the bank. Clients can be setup to initiate multiple deposits per day and are given the hardware necessary to make them.

Benefits:
• Fewer trips to the bank
• Quicker access to deposits
• Comfort of depositing from your home or office

Requirements for Setup:
1. Application – The application will collect information such as frequency and volume of deposits.
2. Approval – An FNBG bank representative will complete the approval worksheet to determine risk and the potential limits for submitting deposits.
3. Agreement – The client must complete the Terms and Agreement sheet along with the proper addendums in order to establish the service.
4. Setup and Training – An FNB bank representative will assist the client with set of the proper hardware and software, as well as provide the necessary training.

Costs:
• $150 one-time setup fee
• $30/month

ID Theftsmart

Monitor your credit and receive recovery services in the event your identity is stolen.

• Consumers: Complete individual forms and select which service level you want to enroll in • Businesses: Complete the bulk enrollment form with your employee information

Merchant Service (Debit/Credit Cards)

Accept debit and credit card payments at your business or storefront

Costs:
All costs are quoted and collected directly with the third-party agent (UBB).

Business First Line (LOC)

Geared towards small businesses who require the occasional influx of cash into their business at critical points of operation.

Typical Terms:
• $5,000 credit limit
• 8.999% interest rate
• Monthly payments of $25/month or 3% of principal balance, whichever is greater

Business Credit Card

Foreign Currency

Purchases and sells of foreign currency can be completed through UBB. A purchase is when a customer has a need to exchange USD for foreign currency and a sell is when a customer brings in foreign currency in exchange for USD.

Costs:
There is a $20 transaction fee for all foreign currency exchanges. There is a $10 surcharge for order less than $300 (“small order fee”) implemented by UBB.
