Mobile Banking

Mobile banking service allows anyone with an online banking account quick and easy access to their account information through a cell phone or mobile device.  It provides much of the functionality as online banking in a platform specifically designed to work with the screen size and operating system of mobile devices. It's fast, easy and secure!

Beginning June 25, 2017, users of our mobile app must have the following OS versions (or higher) in order to access Mobile Banking:

  • Android Devices: KitKat (4.4 or higher)
  • Apple Devices: iOS 8 and above

Those devices that do not meet the minimum requirements will receive a connectivity error and be unable to access Mobile Banking.  Please consult your manual on how to upgrade your device's operating system. 


An e-Statement is the same thing as a paper statement except it is available online.  When the statement is ready, an e-mail is sent notifying you that your e-Statement is available through your online banking account.

With e-Statement delivery you receive your account information quickly and securely.  This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing paper statements, and also helps the environment by reducing paper usage (Go green!).

Report Lost/Stolen Debit Cards
To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card please call Vantiv at 1-800-889-5280 to report your card lost or stolen.  A friendly customer service representative will need to ask you a few questions and will be able to place a block on your card number.

You will then need to contact FNB Germantown and speak with a friendly customer service representative during normal business hours who will arrange for a new card.
